Surprised in the best way!

I delighted in exceptional service from the friendly staff, especially Lydia at the front desk who arranged quick pressing for our wedding attire. Our room presented a captivating view, ideal for relaxing evenings after joyous beach walks. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the ambiance complemented our stay beautifully. This experience exceeded expectations!

The balcony felt like a paradise, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon sunsets. The restaurant's food impressed me with its top-class quality and extensive wine list. Dining there made for enjoyable evenings. The staff were helpful and efficient, always ready to assist when needed. I faced a frustrating situation with power outages. On multiple nights, both the air conditioning and lights failed, leaving me navigating with my phone's flashlight. While the location was fantastic, just steps away from local attractions, I felt the hotel could benefit from deeper cleaning in the common areas and more thorough maintenance overall. Despite these hiccups, I appreciated the warm hospitality and lovely views throughout my stay.

We faced some hiccups during our stay, no servicing of the room meant we had to deal with dirty cups and leftover food lingering in the passages. The room’s emergency lighting was out, and packing using a phone flashlight was not ideal. I encountered a malfunctioning shower control that felt poorly placed and potentially unsafe. Dining wasn’t the highlight either. the slow table service and lackluster food was below expectation, especially considering the setting. For those seeking nighttime snacks, you’re stuck without a nearby shop, which can feel isolating after dark.

During my stay, the spacious Second Floor Sea View Room provided stunning views and a comfortable base for my work in Hout Bay. The dinner at the hotel featured a top-class food quality and an excellent wine list. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail from the staff, who ensured a pleasant experience throughout my visit.

arrived and had a little issue with the check-in , but the view from the penthouse was superb. staff were fantastic , making us feel welcome. breakfast was sufficient, and we loved the Portuguese steak for dinner! 🍽️🌊

The staff were super friendly , and made the experience much more enjoyable. Had lunch after that beautiful drive , and the calamari they serve is simply the best I've tasted.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but given the location and quality , I’d say it’s still acceptable.
